Wiper blades are one of those parts you need working the moment the weather turns. That's why Anderson Wipers ships every order from strategically located Australian warehouses so your new Wiper Blades arrives fast — often before the next downpour.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Every wiper blade is individually inspected and packed in a protective slim-line case to prevent bending during transit. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All orders over AUD A$49.99 ship free via standard delivery. Wiper blades are lightweight and compact — typically under 500 g per blade — so shipping costs stay low even on express orders. Buying a Front Bundle or Full Set? Your blades ship together in a single flat package for maximum protection.

International Shipping

We ship Wiper Blades to most countries worldwide. Because wiper blade sizes and wiper arm connectors can vary by market, please double-check that the blade you're ordering matches your vehicle's specifications if it was sold outside Australia.

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Southeast Asia: 8–14 business days
• Europe & UK: 12–20 business days
• USA & Canada: 12–20 business days
• Rest of world: 14–25 business days

International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes real-time tracking. Once your wiper blades are dispatched, we send a tracking link via email so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

Packaging & Protection

Each wiper blade ships in a rigid, slim-line cardboard case that keeps the rubber element straight and the frame protected. Bundles are stacked flat and secured with a reinforced mailer. Our packaging is 100% recyclable — just flatten the case and pop it in your kerbside recycling bin.

Delivery Details

Carriers will deliver to the address you entered at checkout. Most wiper blade shipments qualify for letterbox delivery due to their slim profile, so you may not need to be home. For express orders requiring a signature, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery instructions if you're unavailable. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we cannot ship to:

• PO boxes (carrier restrictions on tracked shipments)
• Remote or very remote areas may incur additional surcharges

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check any sheltered spots near your door — wiper blade packages are slim and can be tucked alongside larger parcels. Also check with neighbours or your building's mailroom. If you still can't locate the package, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation.

For packages that are significantly delayed past the estimated window, reach out and we'll track down the shipment. If it can't be located, we'll send a replacement set or issue a full refund.

If your package arrives with visible damage — a crushed box or a blade that's clearly bent — take photos before and after opening, then contact us straight away. We'll ship a free replacement at no extra cost.
