30-Day Return Window
You've got 30 days from the date of delivery to return any wiper blade purchased from 999 Wiper Search. To qualify for a return, the blade must be uninstalled, in its original sealed packaging, and in new condition. Please have your order confirmation email or packing slip ready as proof of purchase.

Every Wiper Blades we sell is precisely matched to your vehicle's make, model, and year. If the wiper blade doesn't fit your windscreen or rear window as listed on our website, we'll cover return postage and send you the correct size at no extra cost — or issue a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.
How to Start a Return
- Get in touch with our team via the contact page or give us a ring at +64 7 839 4218. Have your order number and vehicle details handy.
- We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with step-by-step posting instructions.
- Pop the wiper blade back in its original box or a sturdy envelope — the slim packaging makes returns easy to post. Use a trackable shipping method.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the package or include it inside.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned wiper blade, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
- Credit/debit card: Expect the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are credited to your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days.
Original postage charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong-size shipment, a defective blade, or our error.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong vehicle? It happens — wiper sizes vary even between the driver and passenger side. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap your blade for the correct fit. If there's a price difference between positions (for example, swapping a rear blade for a driver-side blade), we'll charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Wiper Blades
If your wiper blade arrives cracked, bent, or with a damaged rubber element, let us know straight away — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the defect (e.g., torn rubber edge, broken connector clip)
- Photos showing the damage
We'll send a replacement blade free of charge or issue a full refund, including return postage costs.
Installed Wiper Blades
Because wiper blades are a wear item that contacts your windscreen, blades that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective or the wrong size for your car. If you've opened the packaging but haven't yet installed the blade, we're happy to accept the return.
Bundle Returns
Purchased a Front Bundle or Full Bundle? You can return the entire bundle for a full refund, or return individual blades from the bundle. If you return only part of a bundle, the refund will be recalculated at the individual blade prices rather than the discounted bundle rate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since our refund confirmation email and you still haven't received your money back, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. If you still need a hand, get in touch and we'll track it down.
