30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any wiper blade purchased from 999 Wiper Search. To qualify for a return, the blade must be uninstalled, in its original sealed packaging, and in new condition. Please have your order confirmation e-mail or packing slip ready as proof of purchase.

Every Wiper Blades we sell is precisely matched to your vehicle's make, model, and year. If the wiper blade does not fit your windscreen or rear window as listed on our website, we will cover return postage and send you the correct size at no extra cost — or issue a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.
How to Start a Return
- Reach out to our team via the contact page or call us at +65 6862 4318. Have your order number and vehicle details handy.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with step-by-step shipping instructions.
- Place the wiper blade back in its original box or a sturdy envelope — the slim packaging makes returns easy to post. Use a trackable shipping method.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the package or include it inside.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned wiper blade, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout.
- Credit/debit card: Expect the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are credited to your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong-size shipment, a defective blade, or our error.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong vehicle? It happens — wiper sizes vary even between the driver and passenger side. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will swap your blade for the correct fit. If there is a price difference between positions (for example, swapping a rear blade for a driver-side blade), we will charge or refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Wiper Blades
If your wiper blade arrives cracked, bent, or with a damaged rubber element, let us know straightaway — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the defect (e.g., torn rubber edge, broken connector clip)
- Photos showing the damage
We will ship a replacement blade free of charge or issue a full refund, including return postage costs.
Installed Wiper Blades
Because wiper blades are a wear item that contacts your windscreen, blades that have been installed on a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective or the wrong size for your car. If you have opened the packaging but have not yet installed the blade, we are happy to accept the return.
Bundle Returns
Purchased a Front Bundle or Full Bundle? You may return the entire bundle for a full refund, or return individual blades from the bundle. If you return only part of a bundle, the refund will be recalculated at the individual blade prices rather than the discounted bundle rate.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 10 business days have passed since our refund confirmation e-mail and you still have not received your money back, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us and we will track it down.
